At CDJ & Associates, we believe that frustration can lead to inspiration. Our firm was founded by Camille Jamerson, who was frustrated by a gap in the market: many promising entrepreneurs lacked the business management expertise that is standard in the corporate world. While new and smaller companies are often innovative and full of potential, they frequently struggle with long-term strategy, cohesive brand presence, and effective communication that resonates with their audience. Inspired by a pivotal moment following the loss of her father and backed by years of her ideas and strategies generating substantial revenues for other companies as an employee, she founded CDJ & Associates to level the playing field for businesses of all sizes. Her goal was to make her extensive experience, success, and expertise accessible to companies with diverse budgets, enabling them to harness high-caliber consultants. The firm launched in January 2016 with a grand debut at their own Detroit Auto Show After-Party (ASAP), hosting an exclusive gathering of 400 guests. CDJ & Associates boasts a distinguished and well-connected Board of Advisors, who share their expertise, network, wisdom, and connections with the firm.

Meet Camille
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Camille Jamerson is a renowned powerhouse in strategic planning and brand management. As the Founder and CEO of The Camille Company, she oversees a dynamic conglomerate which includes CDJ & Associates, a leading business management consulting firm; and Life at the Half, which is an award-winning Gen-X podcast and community.
A two-time published author, Camille's academic accomplishments include a degree in business administration, along with distinguished educational achievements from the prestigious Harvard University Executive Program as well as Cornell University. Her certifications span marketing, business management, crisis management, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

She has been featured in, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Post, Yahoo Travel, Women’s World, HuffPost and Business Insider. As a speaker, Camille has graced the stage as a keynote, host and workshop teacher for conferences and events in London, India, Canada and across the continental US. She is a newbie golfer, avid reader and resides in Oakland County Michigan with her husband in their "almost" empty nest!
